Hey guys, as most of you know this will be my last "& chill" album. I think you can hear in the songs, that it was not easy to say goodbye, but it still feels like the right time. 4 years ago my first album was released and changed my life. I am still so thankful for this! It was mix of emotions working on this album, but I am very happy with the outcome. Of course I will not stop producing music in total. I am actually working on a lot of new, original songs on the go. This september I quit my apartement and sold nearly all of my stuff to travel the world, with two backpacks, my laptop, headphones and a mini keyboard. I am loving it so far and producing on the road actually works really well. Sadly, due to time differences I do not know if I will be able to watch the premiere with you, but hopefully I can. So again, thank you so much for your support, kind words and everything, this means the world to me. Enjoy! -Mikel

Hey Mikel, I wanted to thank you so much for all of your great soundtracks ! I remember listening to the first Zelda and Chill album a few years ago and I immediately fell in love with it. There was such a unique vibe coming from it, I especially remember that I was surprised by the use of BOTW cooking sounds in the song of storms because I found it so clever and creative ! Then when I discovered that you had released a 2nd album, I was so joyful about it, I listened to it on repeat and I was once again amazed by the quality of your work. I also checked your other soundtracks, and I have to say that your Ghibli ones are among my favourite as well. So, I think you can imagine how I felt when you released that first trailer for your third and last Zelda & Chill album. I cannot wait to listen to it on repeat !! This is the end of a journey, but be sure I will be there for your future content ! Much love from a fan ;)

I just accidentally clicked the “credits” song on the album and I became sad, and not just sad, this is the kind of sad that you can feel in your chest but it’s also so satisfying to feel knowing that it may be all we got but it’s a beautiful piece of art that we can savor for the rest of our lives. It may not have helped me through dark times or anything but Mikel, you make some damn good music and I can’t wait to here what is to come from this. Edit: I lied. It helped me through Covid.

These songs are so great to just have on in the background, but when I stop to really listen and dive into the music they're also so nostalgic it hurts a bit. I've been listening to them constantly for the last few days and I just saw the comment you left and how this is your last "& Chill" album. You say how you think you can hear it in the songs that it isn't easy to say goodbye, and I think you are totally right. I do hear it, and I feel it. This album compared to the previous two has a much more distinct undertone of melancholy. But it's bittersweet. You're moving on to work on other things and you get to travel the world. I think that's great. As much as it's a goodbye it's also message to not let letting go keep you from moving on to bigger and better things. I subscribed and I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us next.

There is such a strange warmth in all of your tracks - this album in particular. It´s the one thing I´ve never found in any other Lofi track. It´s really hard to describe but your tracks are unbelievably soothing, comforting, calming and peaceful. Truly a fantastic combination of often very unorthodox sounds and an even better mix to top it all of. Du bist der König Bruder

Been looking forward to this release. Really high quality work, yet again. I agree its a reasonable time to put a stamp on the Zelda and Chill albums, you've probably covered what you wanted to - after all there's only so many Zelda songs that you can remix and remake. This album is going in my important collection of background chill music. I have very fond memories of listening to Zelda and Chill 1, AND Zelda and Chill 2. They remind me back to parts in my life when I was listening to the music in the background - personal projects, work, studying, and even when going fishing. I wish you the very best on your travels on the road. I'll continue to follow you and your upcoming tracks & projects. Thanks again Mikel.

I listen to Nintendo lofi from Gamechops practically on the daily, and the "and Chill" albums are always in there somewhere. I'm willing to accept that most people don't share my music tastes. But, I can say regardless of what others think, Nintendo has created some of the best soundtracks ever. Furthermore, your creative reimagining of these classics makes their music absolutely divine. In my Nintendo playlist the OoT theme from 'Zelda and Chill' is the first song, and the 'Ending Theme' from "Poke and Chill" is the last. You music has been with me through countless hours of school, cleaning, gaming, and relaxing. Thank you for some amazing albums and good luck on your next endeavors!

The song ¨story trailer¨ gaves me so much nostalgy when i played the legend of zelda for the firts time, I had never been able to play a Zelda game before, because where I lived they did not sell Nintendo consoles or things like that, only bootleg consoles from the Famicon called "Family" where there were no Zelda games, so I had to play OOT in a online emulator where I couldn't even pass the first dungeon due to errors. A year ago I got my first Nintendo switch, with this one, The legend of zelda Tears of the Kingdom and Animal Crossing NH. When I started TOTK for the first time, it was magic, it was beautiful, I cried at the beginning and end of the game, because my dream from when I was little had come true, that little girl had finally gotten her first Zelda, and her Nintendo console. It's incredible how a song made me remember all my childhood and history with video games, thank you very much for these albums Mikel.
