====General Information====
-I use MidiTrail to make the video. It is a program that gives you a cool 3D view by loading a piano midi.
-I don't show drums, samples and echoes in the video, this is to make it easier to see the notes.
-I use FL Studio with a plugin called NES VST, made by Matt Montag! You can check out his site here, you can also donate: www.mattmontag...
-You can use my songs in your videos, as long as you put a link to my channel in the description. Also letting me know would be nice :-)
This song faithful to the limitations of the NES (except for maybe the audio quality.) However the way I create these is nothing like actual NES music programming, which is -of course a lot harder.
-The image that I use in the video isn't in any way 8-bit, it's just simple pixel art. I create the image myself by editing an existing image.
-I don't really take requests at the moment.
-Criticism is appreciated. but keep in mind that the NES can only play a certain amount of notes at a time,
so that's why almost no song can be recreated perfectly.

Well I believe he used it as a base for the song and then worked out how the temple theme fit over it.

This appears to be more about the arrangement than it is about the actual song. Listen to this song on the Link Between Worlds soundtrack (it's the streetpass battle theme), and it barely sounds like Hyrule Castle at all.

I mean it more or less is. I think he used the Hyrule Castle Theme as a sort of base and then laid out the Temple Theme over it as if it were made for the SNES so it sounds authentic. I’m not certain that’s how he made it, but it sounds pretty similar, so just guessing.

It's because he's staying true to the Zelda II chords but your brain wants to hear the LTTP chords at that rhythm because it's SO iconic. I can't get past it either, even though I know it's "correct." Just sounds weird before the melody kicks in and syncs for me.

It almost feels perfect - if you added some of the flute notes (like the high-pitched notes at 1:14) at areas like 0:49-0:56, I think it would sound even better. Other than that, this is brilliant. I appreciate stumbling across this little masterpiece.

This is one of my favorite ALTTP remixes ever. What really makes this mix sing is the fact that he didn't just take the song, and play a MIDI with the ALTTP instruments, he actually included background melodies and chord progressions that borrow from ALTTP songs to make it really feel like how this song would sound if it were used in ALTTP.

I suspect that if there is a rather obvious choice of similar material, the remix will use it as a basis. There is certainly a difference in feel between those tracks which use an accompaniment which is mostly from ALttP (such as this one) and those which use accompaniments based mostly on reorchestrations of the original (such as the arrangement of the Tal Tal Mountain theme).

In keeping with my "This oughta be in a port of A Link To The Past" train of thought, this would fit into ALttP as the "secret passageway to Sanctuary" music (basically everything behind the ornamental shelf, all the way to the door opening in Sanctuary, including the sewers, and the hallway you can drop into from the Overworld).

I think this would have been better if it has started with a slight pause. Even half a second of quiet. The reason I say that is because if this follows another video in a playlist, or follows an ad, then there may be no gap between the audio of one and the other, and if there isn't, I find opening of this song arrangement to be hard to understand, whereas when I have just a moment to get my ears ready for this level of epic, then it all just WORKS.

Its a good remix just that when you hear the lttp sounds coming in you start to tap to the hyrule castle theme in lttp, and after that it can be a little offsetting to hear the temple theme. Still great tho!
