I found this run to be pretty impressive. I had wondered if it was possible to get everything done within a single three-day cycle. Obviously I wouldn't be able to do everything since helping the lady from the Bomb Shop keeps you form continuing with the Anju and Kafei sidequest beyond the Second Day since in order for Kafei to go to Ikana Canyon, Sakon needs to stop by the Curiosity shop on the night of the Second Day, which he would only do if he isn't stopped from stealing the lady's bomb bag on the night of the First Day. My personal idea of trying to do as much as I can in a single three-day cycle would exclude the hand in the toilet, helping the Bomb Shop lady, and not do the objectives to getting to the temples except for Great Bay. Granted that you need to do those objectives in order to reach the temples to begin with, I'm talking about getting all these things don in a single Three-Day cycle, but not for the entire game. Such as doing it in a cycle where I have all masks and equipment in hand. I even tried helping the stray fairies, but in my past few attempts, I was down to the game's final hours when I was gathering the fairies in Stone Tower Temple. I had wondered if you were going to try and get the extra masks and heart pieces in a different cycle and just did what was the most important in one cycle first. I had expected you to be really good at this game and not lose at the Goron Races or get caught by the Gerudo Pirates so much (unless the latter was done on purpose for some reason). I guess this run has proven that the minimum amount of three-day cycles are required to beat the game is two (including the first cycle where you need to get the Ocarina back), which only includes beating all the temples and getting to the final boss. But the minimum amount of three-day cycles required to 100% the game is three, since this run proved that certain masks, heart pieces, and other items would get in the way of each other such as you not being able to do one quest if a certain other quest is done (such as how giving the hand in the toilet any kind of paper keeps the player from completely whatever quest said paper was for).

I just found this playthrough, and I have to say that I’m extremely impressed. Not only did you beat the whole game in a single cycle, but you also did the Anju and Kafei sidequest. Well done!

And the Romani quests. And got all of the masks that could be gotten in this kind of playthrough. I can't begin to guess how many attempts this run took.

They almost got all of the masks only missed, Bomb and all night mask which I think were still possible to get just had to save the granny... unless that effects Kafie.
