Depends on who you ask. Some finished the game and never touched it again, some started the game then stopped playing somewhere in the middle due to their own reasons, and some have never played the game at all. Since it’s been confirmed that there will be no DLC for TotK, most of us just stopped playing due to us being satisfied with what we got once we defeated Ganondorf. Other than that, I think the last piece of content we’re getting for TotK are the Zelda and Ganondorf amiibos.
