The first game was all about technology and nature being the big machines and the wilds but now i think this game will focus on magic and spirits awaken unlocking the sky world, monsters impowered, and new green powered machines. The old champions might have passed on after the defeat of Ganon with Mipha being the first thus needing us to use the new champions or another way to control the Divine beasts.

Dude, I love watching your Zelda theories. I've been hearing a lot of debate on the theory about two Links/two timelines in the sequel to BotW, and I just wanted to point something out that nobody seems to have mentioned thus far: notice how in that second trailer, every shot of Link on the surface has him in his blue tunic, and no floating islands are visible in any of those shots even though it seems like they're low enough that they should be- especially in the final shot of Hyrule Castle floating; whereas in every shot where Link is floating or running around those sky islands, he's in that alternate garb with his hair down. What I'm thinking is that the green hand is in fact the spirit of the hero from 10,000 years ago, and when the arm fuses to Link in Ganon's cave, their spirits merge and Link will possibly be able to leap back and forth between his own body and that of his predecessor, to explore the past in order to figure out a way to defeat Ganondorf in the present. Because seriously, the way Link looks in that ancient Greek looking outfit, it matches up so well with the depiction of the ancient hero on that tapestry. Maybe the ancient Link will be voiced while the one from the present will retain his silence, as a way to please both sides of that argument. Just my thoughts based on what I've seen. If this gets your creative juices flowing, I'd love to see a video with your thoughts on it. Peace, man!

I used to believe this too, but the block-y pillars being on the ground (as discussed in this video) made me doubt it. Especially since we see present-day blue-tunic Link in the same shot. Unless there is some sort of... horizontal barrier high up in the sky which when travelled through transports Link's consciousness to the past? And the big stone pillars fell down for whatever reason and through this barrier were essentially brought to present Hyrule? Essentially, a world where past and present collide. Maybe.

The horns didn’t just grow, I’m not good at explaining things but I’ll try to do this well. So, in the memories from the previous game the horns were still stumpy. In the time of links 100 year sleep their horns hadn’t grown at all and that was 100 years. So if they were to grow in what I assume is a 1-5 year time gap from botw to botw2 that wouldn’t logically make sense. please share your thoughts
@richardmahn7589
@richardmahn7589 3 жыл бұрын
While what you said totally makes sense, I do wonder what the Blood Moon did to reset everything, even when Link was asleep. After all, the other Hyrulians know about the Blood Moon, to even finding someone that watches it (and can be found to be watching for it before we experience the first one). So I assume during these 100 years there has been a reset every month in Hyrule time, thus the horns also did. Maybe Blood Moons stopped and in 1 year time, the horns can be this big? This actually should be HEAVILY considered when talking about the horns and growth of the creatures. I bet the Blood Moon even wiped their minds, reseting to the same time every time (Ground Hog Day were everyone but the creatures remember), thus they never get smarter. Unleashed from it in BOTW2, they may then get smarter. What do you think?
@notspy7579
@notspy7579 3 жыл бұрын
@@richardmahn7589 while your theory does make sense I don’t think blood moons are gonna stop occurring in the second game. Besides I think if they were to stop, something would have to have caused it. The only possible answer I can think of for the blood moon stopping is maybe Gannon’s defeat.

Short theory: The soul hand is a incarnate of the triforce of courage, and that's why on Skyland it is trapped in malice but after he gets off, the hand heals and becomes onw with links other and, giving him back the triforce's power.

If you're gonna mention the "zonai swirls" in Windwaker, don't forget the one on Link's belt buckle. It is on there every time Toon Link is used.

The Bokoblins in Windwaker also had horns, they were just the same color as their skin.

I'd like to add some things to what was said in this video: It's interresting that, unlike in BotW, different colors of bokoblins have different horns. Also the thing on the Moblin's head is not a helmet, it's simply a different kind of horn. In the trailers for the sequel, ALL of the Sheikah tech is missing. There's a shot of the castle in the trailer where we should see an dead Guardian but it's not there, meaning it also disapeared. Personally I don't think the towers went back into the ground, I think all of the Sheikah tech somehow vanished. 5:05 It's Mount Lanayru In the scene with Link at Death Mountain there is some vegetation wich in BotW only grows in areas of the mountain where the temperature isn't too high. So Link walking there without flame protection is normal. I tried to find the exact location of that scene but I didn't find it. However I think it's somewhere on the western side of the mountain.

ALSO, if the ancient energy stopped working that's maybe why the gaudians are gone and near the floating castle wich has the pillars probably went back down also along with the gaurdians

The Bokoblians having longer horns could be that they have recently evolved.

Yup, I think they went back into the ground the pillars, the towers, and the shrines. And the Divine beasts may have left Hyrule. Ruta in the Necluda Sea, Naboris walking away from the north of the desert entrance, Medoh flying away from the west of hyrule, and rudania crawling away from death mountain and hyrule.

Counter to what most people seem to be saying, I think the bokoblins have longer horns because they AREN'T under Ganon's influence as strongly anymore. After beast ganon was defeated at the end of BOTW, Ganon had to lie low, he could no longer have control over monsters or bring them back using the blood moon, which would allow the species to grow for longer and possibly evolve, though most likely due to the time span it would just be maturing to age instead of dying and being revived still as juveniles. With the cycle of the bloodmoon seen in BOTW, monsters were brought back to life in their original locations, so they wouldn't' be able to grow up as they were being constantly reset by Ganon's power, which could also hold benefit for Ganon, as a dumb army is an obedient army.

The technology was probably being powered by ganons life source, when they defeated calamity Ganon, the divine beast stopped working, so when they went to investigate where the main power source came from, they found Ganondorf. This would also explain how ganon so easily took control of the guardians and divine beasts

I don’t know if this is true but in the video that ganon might be fuel maybe if ganon is fuel, when the hand takes off the seal there should be no fuel which the sheikah tech would have to disappear because they don’t have fuel

15:40 I fidn it an absurd notion that you can see hyrule (not that far )below the sky section, but the sky-lands are not visble from the ground. Even if you would get a cloud barrier, then you have a problem with the sun.

hey bandit, pls read this i thought of something: since all the sheikah tech disappeared that would also mean that the guardian stalker from Hyrule field would also be gone, and then IMMEDIATLY after the events of BotW a stone peblit made friends with some red bokoblins (maybe cuz they were homeless after the silver ones kicked em out for leaving bomb barrels everywhere) and the peblit grew in to a talus and the bokoblins grew into Unicoblins since nothing actually grows in botw idk how a talus's growth works, especially since i cant compare the stone aliens' growth to anything else, but its possible they do grow that fast

Golden enemies actually do have resistance to lightning. If u shoot them with an electric arrow, they'll only get stunned for half a second while other coloured enemies are stunned for a lot longer. It's just that Urbosa's Fury just happens to be powerful enough to stun them for longer periods of time.

I think that the horn size is from them getting smarter,as they could be helmets in a way,like maybe the unikoblins are using moblin horns to have charging attacks be more powerful,and also the Sheika towers may have been lifted into the air

What if the towers recessed into the ground because of the castle being overrun by malice? I don’t remember if it was just Age of Calamity or also BotW that covered the tower control center being somewhere in the castle. That would explain the shrines dormancy and how they could have taken the theory explained in this video and returned to the ground. Idk! Only 2022 will tell!
