In today's video, I'll outline the solution to the Riogok Shrine.
Of course, this is just one of the MANY ways to solve this shrine. Tears of the Kingdom encourages experimentation, and the possibilities with Link's abilities are truly endless. I'm simply sharing the solutions that worked for me.
For your convenience, I've edited out all my mistakes and experimentation. All footage is from my first playthrough of the game. Apologies in advance if any of the editing is a bit disorienting!

You can also use the cigarette with ultra hand and attach to the chest.

99.99% sure you are suppose to attach the alien peni(not cigarettes...that's just weird) on the inner gear to make it lift up the platform. Problem is, if you are just a little off it will make the inner gear stick and knock off the first space cock making the entire thing a nightmare. After 10 minutes of messing around I just said fuck it and went to a guide. Shrine 137 and I just don't care anymore. Most suprising thing is how I missed this shrine for so long being one that is out in the open. lolz. I'm starting to hate this game. Same thing happened in botw. I stopped doing shrines after like 80. I'm committed this time and only have 15 to go. It was so much more fun getting a platinum achievement in Elden Ring than the slog this becomes. And fuck kurok seeds.
