99.99% sure you are suppose to attach the alien peni(not cigarettes...that's just weird) on the inner gear to make it lift up the platform. Problem is, if you are just a little off it will make the inner gear stick and knock off the first space cock making the entire thing a nightmare. After 10 minutes of messing around I just said fuck it and went to a guide. Shrine 137 and I just don't care anymore. Most suprising thing is how I missed this shrine for so long being one that is out in the open. lolz. I'm starting to hate this game. Same thing happened in botw. I stopped doing shrines after like 80. I'm committed this time and only have 15 to go. It was so much more fun getting a platinum achievement in Elden Ring than the slog this becomes. And fuck kurok seeds.
