I recently stumbled upon the dark world remix, and that has led me down the KZbin rabbit hole of your stuff. I wish I had more musical knowledge to appreciate the work more fully, but even as someone with no rhythm it’s great. That seamless blend of 6/8 and 4/4 time... so good! There are too many things I like about this song to list individually, but I'm most impressed by the way you integrated vocal samples into this remix in a way that sounded fun, yet mysterious... it creates such an atmospheric feeling - like adventure is calling! Again, I love the personal mention about how your dad played this game and even made a map of the Great Sea. Stuff like that just makes me smile. :) Now that I've finally taken the plunge and started with FL Studio, I can truly begin to appreciate all the work that goes into creating such a polished song. Although I'm well over 20 hours in, I don't have a whole lot to show for it... but your streams and remixes have me so motivated that the process hardly feels like work! So really, thanks for everything! ^_^

Now I'm curious if that time signature switch was to 4/4, 2/4, or more likely, fast 6/8 (which feels like 2/4 with triplets, each measure counted in 2 beats). If I were writing this in standard notation I'd have used fast 6/8.

I didn't care for the hype up sound around 1:35 but that's the only barely negative feedback I have because I just, I love Zelda and I love your music regardless; I appreciate how you mix the song of the game into your own beats and there isn't anything but that, so when I hear other stuff it takes me out of it for a moment.
