@@benkelly6145 when ZFG raced the two VTubers (a 2-on-1 race, btw), one of the key items in that seed's logic was the Seahorse, in that chest near the South ClockTown Gate (*the reward for reuniting the seahorses was Oath, so the VTubers were super-stuck without it)...its just a case of "oh, that super-easy check that i can get to at any time? ill see what it is Later..." and then never getting back to it

Bruh I had a cursed OoTMM run the other day and abandoned it. I'm not that good at speedrunning or doing glitches unless it's easy. Long story short, I didn't know I would need to learn the bomb hover glitch to get to places I could not reach without. I looked at the seeds I generated and saw it was set to "beatable only" instead of "all locations".

Unless you're doing a NoLogic seed, a randomized "Beatable Only" seed won't require any glitches/tricks to beat other than the ones you've turned on yourself :]

@@Sponsie1000 I don't turn on any glitches, I just had it set on beatable by accident and the items I required to beat the game were literally behind locations that would require the other items I need to get them but those items required those items, It also didn't help that I had dungeon entrance randomized either. I was on that seed for a week and the snail progression drove me insane

what's the thing where (1) you can go to the moon with only one remains, and (2) you can reset time from the moon? are those glitches?

No those are actually randomizer settings, so that items on the moon can actually be useful since otherwise you would always have everything you need by the time you get to the moon.
