Since I couldn't get Kroketjes here in Las Vegas and my late wife was absolutely "addicted" to it I had to make it myself but I made beef kroketjes basically the same way you make the kroketjes here but with one difference, the broth I used was the very time consuming beef stock but it is worth the patience you need to have to make the bone broth but, in the end it added so much flavor to the Kroketjes.
