If you squash the cushion with your hand they will soften up and fit fine. I have a 17cm wrist and had no problem fitting them on.

I refuse to own a Zelos because of this very reason. I will not waste my time sitting and hoping I’ll be able to get one the moment they are available. I have more important things to do with my time.
