A San Martin goes for this money. This is why I love micro brands. I have the Mako with the blue meteorite dial running the 9075 & 300 M WR. Their most expensive “True GMT” at $629.00 TT&L delivered. Their customer service is awesome. Great review as always Mark. Thanks

Just ordered the white dial and was looking for some reviews. Never bought a Zelos before mostly because all they did were homage watches. Not sure what this is a homage if but it looked so good I was fine ignoring that. The specs are perfect for me for an edc watch. It ticks every box for what I was looking for. Great review as always!

👏I agree about some folks being disappointed when very little options in stock were available. It was kind of funny. Usually on drop day there is always a certain group that will be so happy they scored on something that sold out. Now the scalpers buying to flip to charge two and sometimes three times the drop price are the pissers and moaners. 😡 Having stock on base models can help the brand and folks won't have to pay through the nose to third party scalpers. Drops will always come that are more limited in higher tier models for collectors, but scalpers like to spend less and make more. 🤑 Thanks for the review!👍

Got the Stone Wash since it's the most legible. As much as the mosaic MOP is nice, I could never get a watch dial that is just too busy as to affect legibility, especially this is a field watch. This type of dial needs big applied, lumed indexes like how they did it with the Aurora Ti Field.

Agreed, the numbers should have been contrast tone/color, not a blend adjacent graded blue.

No sharp edge / hot spot on this one ? That was the problem with the swordfish, especially on the clasp.

i love the dial, but i worry that it might be a bit too feminine, especially in combination with the smaller overall size of the watch, what are your thoughts on this?

@@StandAloneState it depends on the style. 38mm field watches (especially the more period appropriate watches) do not look feminine, but this zelos does lean that way with the mosaic mother of pearl.

Love it. Have a fair few Zelos now. My ONLY criticism is they still need more AR coating on these dazzling dials. I have a 7.69 inch wrist (19.6cm) - this fits me great!

This was on my radar, but after seeing the thickness I had to walk away. It looks so thick for a watch of that size. At least Seiko does some tricks in order to hide the thickness
