@@akumuryuu taking the book is imperative to that situation. There isn't much choice however typically you just eliminate the townies until you can safely betray them. Unfortunately it's a damned if you do damned if you don't situation. It's why I despise the jackal role. The coven should be able to target each other if jackal is in play otherwise the game can easily become unwinnable especially if the jackal traitor reveals who they are. Which is considered by most to be a scummy move.

The odds of the Vigilante getting the only other true Town were low. Then again, I know of two D&D games played this week that had rolls with advantage roll a double Natural 1, which is a 1/400 chance, so lower odds do happen.

Wait, what was that "unknown obstacle"? Ze visited a veteran that alerted... and so did the vampire. Vampire died, Ze survived, stopped by... something? Does vampire roleblock all visitors? And it seems oracle was also there, also surviving, though I think oracle is astral. By logic, what should've happened: Ze's attack failed because of veteran defense AND oracle protection, so he'd see that defense was too high. And Ze himself dies to a veteran. What really happened: Ze's attack failed due to an "unknown obstacle", Ze didn't get shot. Did the game fail to choose between veteran defense and oracle defense and just negate his attack? But then why did it not do the same for vampire? So it must be the vampire that caused the obstacle after all.

The answer is that Em is indeed veteran but she was in jail that night. So there's the unknown obstacle. Heck (vampire) visited another veteran (Skadj) and died.

In town traitor games the mayor is usually pretty high on the sus list because they can be pretty powerful as traitor, especially if they weren't targeted by coven and weren't pushing up other coven in the voting. Even with the context we had it became pretty obvious Chilled was likely traitor. Good prosecute from Jerm honestly since if Chilled wasn't TT then it would eliminate 2 possibilities in one hanging (himself and the Mayor)

@@sempiternalfire yeah, Chilled not voting Cotton was MAJORLY sus I've seen a fair share of "unjustified" prosecutions in this lobby, and this one was honestly pretty called for When everyone started voting for Cotton, he should have jumped on it because his flying under the radar was more important for the common cause Instead, he tried to stall and wouldn't vote even after people specifically called him out on it, and then tried to emphasize how he guiltied her the next day, which, as Ze aptly noticed, was not selling it too well Not to mention that finding Town Traitor often involves just lynching random people with zero evidence because...well, some roles just don't provide any sort of evidence to begin with So yeah, this is actually a satisfying ending for everyone, at least compared to the alternatives

Oh Koji, I laughed so hard at him incriminating himself with that Death Note comment, and even harder at X33n adopting Ze's cry of 'Hang Him!' It was such a fun round and I'm glad it ended in a tie since that counts as a spiritual victory in my book for the Coven! I must echo other commenters who wish it were possible for the Ritualist to kill teammates if there is the possibility of them being a Jackal recruit, so hopefully that feature will be added to future updates of the mod. It was also nice to see Ze and Larry get a win together, since they've had a lot of bad luck teaming up in the past, and then to see that duo succeed again in the next Coven game was even more awesome! Larry might have a lot of 'guys' but I will truly appreciate it when Ze is the main guy of the round, lol. The third round was a bit of funny tragic round, but I did enjoy Apple learning one of the alternate meanings of 'Fluffy'! Thanks for another great video from another wild ToS2 session, Ze!

At 22:00 Court was playing for the Jackal win with Heck, so to remove the possibility of Heck or herself getting hung she took out the voting power and made it a 2-2 block with herself and Heck, Ze and Larry opposing as we saw. If Ze would've used Jorm's info and guessed Mayor before he revealed then there was the possibility they could've kept Apple alive and maybe voted Heck out
