Zeminar 2019: Thursday October 10th, 2019 was Global Mental Health Awareness Day and what a line up we had, in conjunction with PwC Ireland.
Jess is a blogger, mental health advocate and ambassador with Sea Change Ireland. She is passionate about erasing stigma around mental illness, encouraging others to start talking about their mental health and to reach out if they are struggling or think a friend may be. By talking & blogging about her own journey and continuing recovery from anorexia, she hopes to inspire at least one person to seek the help they need as soon as possible.
