Zen House Breakfast Buffet: Modern Japanese and Western cuisine with the best ingredients

I went to the breakfast buffet at ZEN HOUSE, a modern satoyama cuisine restaurant.
It is located on the first basement floor of Millennium Mitsui Garden Tokyo.
The buffet breakfast is made without using any chemical seasonings, and the best of the ingredients are used to create a healthier breakfast.
Seasonal ingredients from all over Japan are seasoned with a good balance of texture, saltiness, and acidity.
The menu is a blend of Japanese and Western cuisine, and although it is mainly Japanese, there are also Western dishes, siu mai, yakisoba, and other Chinese dishes available for all-you-can-eat.
The beef hot pot and miso soup are especially delicious with white rice.
The interior of the restaurant has a very nice and relaxing modern Japanese atmosphere.
It is conveniently located directly connected to Higashi-ginza station.
There is no time limit for the breakfast buffet.
Although the restaurant is mostly used by overnight guests, you can also dine alone at your leisure.
Japanese food lovers are especially recommended.
Lunch is also very popular.
