Hey Sherpa!! I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your art, and how you make it possible for stay at home moms like me to improve my skills! I lost my baby girl full term just over 6 months ago, and started painting a month or so after. It's helped me heal more than anything at all, and I absolutely love doing it. I know you have soooooo many videos, but I was wondering if you've ever done something like a "miracle of life" painting? Like something that really expresses the beauty of a woman's body, and maybe even including fertility or child birth? Or a painting depicting grief and loss. If you haven't already, I would absolutely LOVE to see something along those lines. I have been searching everywhere, and haven't been able to find any like that done by a quality artist such as yourself! I've had ideas, and have tried to execute them multiple times, but I've never been able to lay them out properly. Anyway, thank you again for helping me to become a better artist by taking your time to make these tutorials so people like me can get quality instruction free of charge! You are awesome!

Hey cinnamon, I'm wondering what color you could use if you don't have cadmium red (light hue) I have the cad red (med hue) would that still work or should I go something like a brilliant red?

Cinnamon- I'm curious why you used a watercolor pencil instead of chalk. Was there a specific concern about chalk? I'm not much of a sketcher so I usually chalk it in.

I switched to water color pencils because i had a wider choice of colors then the chalk colors I have in the house. But both work equally well

You can order them online from The Brush Guys. Check for Simply Simmons # 10 XL (Extra Firm) acrylic brush. They have very good prices. They are not always in stock so just check back every so often. I am sure there are other brands but this is the one Cinnamon uses.
