ZEN Trail in St. George, UT- This trail is an ADVENTURE ♦ Slabs, Drops, Climbs, Flow & Canyon Views!

Zen trail lived up to all the hype I read about online and on trailforks! Starting at the Green Valley trailhead in St. George Utah, you take Zen connector or Zen Out from the parking lot...they both get you to the start of Zen. Zen is 4.9 miles according to Trailforks. This trail is a black diamond, completely full of ups, downs, rock slabs, drops, amazing views, and challenging overall riding. I definitely recommend this trail to any blue level or black level riders...there is constant tech throughout this ride. Do not underestimate this trails length. Its one of those trails that takes a while to ride because it is so punchy. Also, there are some points where you need to ride up to things, take a look, then attempt them. Super fun trail, worth riding multiple times to get the feeling for flow. Second half of this trail is awesome, you can really get some speed on the downhill sections. Those bike trails down at 14:43 is a really fun blue line with lots of roller coaster style drops and jumps from the Bearclaw Poppy trailhead

That trail is absolutely a fun but tough one. A buddy and I did that a couple of years ago and it was quite a challenge. It would be a total blast if you knew the trail or had someone riding up front who had done it before. A few off lines and just a blast overall....Great job and I also used French a few times. 🙂

I was going to do this trail system past October but had lots of rain the night before so I did church rocks instead, followed by Gooseberry Mesa later that week! I can't wait to go out west again I loved it out there! Keep up the awesome videos!

Zen is in my backyard, and it's a great trail, make no mistake. I guess you could call it an adventure, but I call it Tuesday. Between my full sus and the rigid single speed, I have more trips on the single and also the faster times. So it's techy, but not too gnarly.

SUPER awesome. You've ridden my fav trail anywhere. If you're still up there, swing over to Hurricane and go up on Gooseberry Mesa. The South Rim trail out and back is ureal.

I dont find zen to be all that enjoyable. Its the kind of trail i only ride when ive had a really terrible day and need to peddle out some rage by myself in the desert. The trails that run below the cliffs of zen are excellent for those of us who are a little less adventurous.

Hilarious…I can relate. Sometimes you just need to feel the physical pain and push yourself to get that negative energy out. It was really tough riding but I would do it again, I like how it varies and is unique
