Great info. I've searched KZbin and Zoho for a more recent Connect tutorial. I'm assuming you guys are still using Connect internally. In AZAAZ when i put in the question about task management most said Connect so I'm trying to come up to speed on how to use it. If you are has there been any major updates other than the interface that would warrant an update?

Hi Stephen! We actually don't use Connect for our internal tasking anymore, as we have moved all of that to a custom Creator app. The Tasks section of Connect hasn't had many changes since the releaseof this tutorial, so the info here should be able to get you headed in the right direction.

Thanks for this video. We are planning to migrate to Zoho from Teams. On teams you have Team Spaces and under the team space you have channels related to that space. How do we do that in Connect.

I haven't used Team Spaces before but boards within Zoho Connect sounds like it would be similar.

So this video and all the connect videos are pretty old. Can you do an updated video and touch more on the extranet capabilities of the platform. I currently would love to use it for customer and subcontractor communication but the set up seems to be a little much to expect them to want to go through with it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, regarding manuals. We already have existing manuals on Connect but I want to assign a collaborator to those Manuals. Do I have to open EACH manual in order to assign a user or can I assign a user on ALL manuals at the same time?

Unfortunately, each one has to be assigned manually, there currently isn't a bulk feature. However, you can create a group for the manuals and add that group to each manuals collaboration. That way to add an additional member later on all you have to do is add them to that group.

can it be that workplace is the "new" zoho connect and that connect will disappear in the future? The overlap is pretty severe and I'm so very confused. I'm just looking for a platform and workspace for me and my employees to have "everything" on >one< screen and overview. administration all zoho one apps, data, login, meetings, projects etc ...i don't want to overwhelm my employees. but we urgently need a solution What do you recommend me to do?
