Cool. Never would have known this existed. Thanks!

This is really helpful, thanks. What would be the best way to stop or annul an Automatic Transition to close the Deal if there was some activity during the specified waiting period (for example, a note was added to say the client was still interested in progressing the sale)?
@Zenatta4 ай бұрын
Hi User! For that case, you'd need to set up the auto-transition as a workflow+custom function. You can restrict the workflow based on Stage = value, and Last Activity Time > 7 days ago (for example. Then, you'll need to use a function to override the stage/status, as when it's locked in the blueprint a standard field update action will not work.

@@Zenatta Thanks! That's really helpful. I think it'll work with a CRM Workflow independently without a function or transition.

I am now designing a blueprint thanks to you guys! Do you have a tutorial on building an accept button for quotes without the use of the Zoho portal?

Would you rather use cadence or blueprint for new, cold leads?
@Zenatta4 ай бұрын
I'd probably go with a cadence over a blueprint for cold lead outreach. It's a bit more flexible than a blueprint, and is more centered specifically around the prospecting process

Figured as much. I’ve created a couple different ones and so far, successful.

I've been a subscriber and your videos have been very helpful. However, I do have one question and hope someone can get back to me. Is it possible that in Zoho CRM Blueprint once a lead is qualified, it will automatically generate a workorder in zoho fsm? Thanks for the help!
@Zenatta10 ай бұрын
Hi YouCantSeeMe, After a blueprint transition you can trigger a custom function, and you can create a work order in FSM using a custom function / AP. Here is a Zoho help doc to point you in the right direction: www.zoho.com/fsm/developer/help/api/create-work-order.html

Thanks I have been enjoying your videos. But now I have watched so many I don't know where I heard this:)...I want a task to be created AS a new Deal is created. Do I do that as a workflow or as part of my Blueprint and if so HOW as I want it before the first transition.

Does this blueprint allow users to go back in deal stages? I'm using & learning this CRM, but trying to figure out the ways of blocking going backwards in deal stages. Does anyone know how I can do that? Thanks in advance!

Could you guys do this same tutorial for Zoho Recruit? It seems very similar but slightly different. For example, at 10:05 in this video, you can see there is an 'All Status' column with a toggle/checkbox. In Recruit, I don't see this option. I can't find a way to 'activate' my blueprint, and it is not firing when the blueprint entry criteria is met (Job Opening status matches criteria) . Even the out-of-the-box blueprint they have for Candidates doesn't seem to work. Any tips would be appreciated!
@brianmckeown78832 жыл бұрын
I was actually able to fix this. It seems the starting state must be 'New'. If you use a different starting state name, and entrance criteria for that state, the activate toggle won't appear.

Yup, that is a great fix. Tyler also responds to this on this week's episode of the CRM Zen Show - kzbin.info/www/bejne/n16sY36wmtOJedU
