No comparison at all. Asus is far ahead in terms of processor and even equipped with true dual 4G Volte support. Camera performance is also better in Asus and in fact if you opt for 6GB RAM variant of Asus Zenfone Max Pro the camera in that one is as good as Redmi Note 5 Pro. Asus Max Pro is in different league and it would be fare to compare it with Redmi Note 5 Pro than with Redmi 6 Pro. Xiaomi's obsession with Snapdragon 625 has made Redmi 6 Pro not a worthy competitor at all.

Go for xiomi 6 pro First of all day to day usage sd625 and sd 636 have no noticeble difference, dont believe then try it In camera ,xiomi 6 pro is better And another battery is also good in xiomi and with lesser display(5.84 inch) it would be better Now where is huge difference ? After sale service and resale value I dont know why nobody talks about this U can find out almost everywhere xiomi service center ,but asus service center is rare thing, very rare (personal experience) And resale value of xiomi will be far better than asus ,thats 100% sure And now u will argue about stock android and regular updates Then ui is subjective and sales of mi phones shows people do not hate miui ! And this phones comes with oreo and pie is sure ! And i donf think beyond this anybody need anything else !
