Hmm. I’ve prepped my ribs and am ready to pull my spars out. I guess I’ll have the same issue with the root rib. Thanks again for sharing.

Not necessarily there is a spar that’s the newest version. That’ll fit your ribs. I think I got the older version spar still waiting to hear back from them. Please let me know I’m curious which spar you received

@@DennisZylstra I was finally able to pull my spars out. My ribs are the same as yours. W4-2 wing root rib forward flange holes do not align with the ones on the spar. What did Roger say? I plan to email him in the AM.

what type of wheel is on your grinder that you are polishing the parts with?

@@randybranson1009 it’s a 6 inch deburring wheel. You can find on Amazon but they’re 180 grit which is a little aggressive so I would be careful. Thanks for watching the videos.
