Thank god the priest at the church I go to is one of the most open, unbiased, and caring people I met. Just like Vic here, he believes that God loves everyone, Christians, Jews, Muslims, even Atheists (yes, he named them all in his sermons) saying that they are all blessed by the love of God and deserve our love as much as much as everyone else does. A great example of an enlightened priest. Don't let that so called "priest" who was holding up those signs taint your view of church, religion, or God, because a true man of God spreads love, not judgement. And I truly believe that both my priest and Vic here are true men of God.

Kalecgos I love Vic, but I wonder what he thinks about atheists? I believe in God, but i’m not religious, and I also can’t stand evangelical preachers, like those on TBN. But I also don’t think atheists who are good people will go to hell. I think that as long as you’re a good person, that’s all that the god of goodness can ever want. I do also believe that if one commits a mortal sin, such as killing an innocent person, rape, and child molestation, they can’t be forgiven, because thy can never replace what they took.

There is not a single "good" person who ever lived, except for Jesus. You will never be "good" enough to get into heaven, which is why Jesus came and died for our sins so that we didn't have to suffer the fate of our sin, which is death.

Thank God I found this because I wanted to make sure that he was okay after the whole thing went down, because he looked serious and he actually knows what he's talking about. Like, God loves us unconditionally and those people weren't doing what they were doing right... And they said some really rude things to him and that was disrespectful. My apologies for taking the "first" spot, but I have to mention this. There seems to be this huge split between people that speak all about God's love/mercy, and the people that speak all about God's judgment/wrath. The reality is that the two are supposed to work together, not one or the other. It's suppose to be that people need recognition that they are broken and imperfect creatures of sin that deserve God's judgment in Hell. But following that is the mention that Jesus died for those filthy sins that humans create, in which application of that need for Christ alone saves them and allows them in God's presence in Heaven. I don't know if Vic is preaching all about love/mercy, and not judgment/wrath. However, I do respect Vic for actually presenting the side of love/mercy during that alleged protest. If he was, then I wish I could strongly advise him to consider presenting both sides of the spectrum, as opposed to just one. Regardless, I still give Vic major kudos for doing what he did, if anything, to get people talking and raising awareness of these topics in regards to Christianity. In short, I still give my "Amen" about his comment about preaching contrary to God's love, but I recognize that God's judgment/wrath is important too...believe it or not. I hope people understand this, though. I believe this is a matter of perfection next to imperfection more than anything. If anything, God is SOOO loving that he is merciful at all, despite us humans measuring up to His standards. Sorry, I'm actually emotional talking about this...but I hope people understand where I'm coming from. Thanks. :3

+Timo Kitsune This is true. But to put it simply, young people of today won't come to religion or faith if they hear terms like "wrath" or 'judgment". They get enough of that from people and society every day. Better to get their foot in the door first and not scare them away. They want a place of solace and where they feel safe. Let them learn about the heavy stuff later. Everything at once is too much information.

I was thinking this when I saw the video. GOD does love us so so much! But, there will be judgment for us and I think it’s important to reveal both sides. Every heart is different, some might be so hardened that just hearing about the love of GOD and heaven may not satisfy them sadly. Ultimately it is GOD who convicts us, and fearing GOD is the beginning of wisdom. But either way instead of letting this divide us as Christians, let us be kind and love one another even if we may not agree on ever single solitary thing. Thing is, I adore bleach (the anime before people start posting memes x3 ) as well as multiple other pieces vic has worked on and I think he is an absolute legend, but what you have to bear in mind is the bible as a whole is the message and word of god, sadly the ups and downs are preached in unequal measure and thats exactly what those preachers he argued with were doing. Its people like those preachers (as peaceful as they may have been) that drive people away from god by misrepresenting god as another dictator/authority figure who condemns and hates when that couldn't be further from the truth! I adore vic's passion and love for god and I feel like I have met a kindred spirit in that, but the fact he was there to balance out and show what god's heart is for us, I hope and pray that his message goes on to reach out to all those who have a negative and warped view of christians and of god. This is what god is for and I hope the people who hear it will go on to meet the father :')
