But In comics like Marvel and DC, there's Infinite universe's in a Multiverse. If your talking about how do we know is this character is Universal or Multiversal. We first of all have to look at there overall feats. If this character has the power to destroy up to a universe, nothing more, that character is only Universal. But if that character shows feats beyond. Depends how much futher this character power level is. It can make this character Multiversal if he can destroy multiple universes. Now for hyperversal and beyond. We manly see characters in comics in that level. What make a character Hyperversal if this character if a Multi dimensional beings like the Living tribunal, Mr. Mxyzptlk, and the Beyonders. Those characters can control, create, and destroy realities beyond three dimensional. Or can create multiple universes. That would make that character hyperversal/outerversal. For Super Shenron case, it's said that Super Shenron powers are limitless. The biggest feat we saw Super Shenron did is restore all 11 universe's that Zeno erase in the tournament of power.
