I imagined it as more of a meditative exercise -- rather than associating meditation with the idea of "just think about nothing" (which can be really difficult when you're starting out, as your mind will want to wander), associate it instead with the idea of "actively envision an empty mind" (which consumes more brainpower but could teach you how to manage chaotic thoughts).

its kinda wild how they made the healers so unliked in-universe. like you got the anti-omnic folk being awful to zenny, everyone hates moira, people are pissy with ana for faking her death, all of talon have issues with both ana and mercy, barely anyone likes or trusts bap that much, lucio only really clashes with symm and a bit with widow. I think brig might be the most well-liked healer in the game by other characters, which is really ironic, and i think its only like that in ow1 because none of the bad guys really know about her
