i've always thought that it's not that Leorio had a bad teacher, it's probably that he had no teacher at all up to this point. once they all separated he said he was going to hit the books and study to become a doctor so i assume he must have come across some kind of passing reference to Nen in his studies

@@acreativename2781 They're assuming he was assigned an instructor, just like Gon and Kurapika were. But no he didn't, because he wanted to focus on his studies, not combat.

@houseofaction Please rewatch the episode where Wing explains the secret exam. He was never "preassigned", they happen to be where he was and so at that point the hunter associated assigned him. He also says that Leorio will "start" his training *after* his studies, so no Leorio had not been trained at that point. He passed on it.

guys pawning is not selling. Not sure why many reactors dont know what pawning means. when you pawn something you get a time limit to pay back and recover the item you pawned. if the time limit ends, your item might end up being sold

well technicly, yes pawning is selling, the idea we have is that we drop something valuable as a garantee for a loan and that's the idea behind the pawn shop, except it's illegal because the interest rate is far higher than the legal limit, so in reality what happen is that you sell your valuable, but you get a reservation on it so you can rebuy it for a good price. to be fair it might not be how it work everywhere, but where needed, that's how they go around the law on loan.

Because 99 percent of the time someone pawns something, it is to just sell off their item and the time limit to buy it back is never used. It's not surprising that most people don't know there's more to pawning something off.

What’s impressive about Leorio’s knowledge of nen at this point is that he hasn’t found a teacher yet. It’s presumed that he found some books on the subject and applied what he learned. This makes the level he’s at seem less pathetic and more extraordinary actually! Also in the manga, Leorio could open 2 of the Zoldyck testing gates by himself, while it took Kurapika and Gon to open the first one. Put some respect on the boys name 😤 he may not be combat oriented but he’s a beast

no you are wrong. all of them were assigned an instructor that is why WIng knew leorio was studying hard to be a doctor. his instructor just told him the basics of Ten(shrouding his body with aura)

I often hear that people dislike the entire Zebile and street-auction part, but for me it is the favorite part of the Yorkshin-arc. Everything else was moving from murder to murder with chapters called 5. august part 1-49, so it can go stale pretty fast. So having Zebile was a welcome change of pace.

Well I think that's kind of the problem. Especially when you are waiting for a new ch or episode and all the tension goes away for this side mission. Once the arc is complete, then it doesnt matter as much. But when you wanted to see what would continue to happen with Kurapika and got this instead, I can see why people were upset lol

@@MisaelMatute76 weekly release really affect the enjoyability of some episode, but when you can watch as many as you want, those episode are very enjoyable

this episode along with the prior one are probably in my top 10 Hunter x Hunter episodes. it serves as a fun, interesting time, and great foreshadowing..

They borrowed 100 million jenny with Gon's hunter license as collateral. Although it was cut out in the anime, manga shows the pawn shop scene. Borrowing 100 million jenny at 0% interest shows how valuable a hunter license is. Also at this point, they're raising money for a bounty for anyone who finds troupe members location, and to pay off debts. Otherwise they won't be able to find troupe members, and they think the only way to earn 8.9 billion is to capture troupe members.

yes and 100 million jenny isn't as much as people might think. a single jenny is equal to a single Yen, so 100,000,000 jenny is about 1 million usd

@@felipemedrado6307 Did you read manga? It was on sept 8 that Zepile recovered Gon's 100 million, and depayment date was sept 10. So it's natural to think that Gon got his license back from the pawnshop. Because why not?

I really love Zepile's analysis of Gon, it's something I doubt I ever could've put into words myself, but he's 100% right and described Gon perfectly. His kinda skewed sense of right or wrong combined with that innocent curiosity is what makes him such an interesting protagonist.

I like how it's made very clear at least to me that gon is not a morally good person. He is accepting of anything that peaks his interest and can look over a person's flaws if he is invested in them.

I feel like alot of people miss this. Always saying Gon is such a nice guy.. He isn't, he is a bit of a psychopath. He could watch a person get murder just because he is curious of how the person will look when dying lol

@@MisaelMatute76 No, that's also another misunderstanding in the opposite extreme, Gon is not anywhere near a psychopath. He is just simply a kid who was sheltered from the outside world and grew up surrounded by nature, so he simply did not have the experience necessary to develop a proper framework of morality.

@houseofaction Caring for morals is objective? You either care about morals or not... Its pretty simple. And Gon does not care. He saw Hisoka, killed a guy and didn't care even a bit about that person, just about his own agenda. He doesn't feel for anybody that he doesn't consider a friend... that's a psychopath.

Pawning can mean I give you my item as collateral and try to pay back the money you lent me in a reasonable amount of time. If gon doesn’t pay back the amount they keep his license

This show handles gon's innocence so well, at first glance it seems like he barely changes at all but thats far from the truth

FORESHADOWING 15:15 When someone or something catches Gon's attentions he goes all out towards it, it doesn't matter if is good, bad, destructive or auto-destructive, just wait until P***u comes in and you're going to see how extreme Gon really can be, he's indeed VERY dangerous.

2:00 Leorio's VA appreciation time I love him! When I think about it Zepile could be the next Korutopi his talents are already going toward a similar nen ability...well there was nen on that pot 6:03 Killua and Gon are really complementing eo : when they need to lie Killua is a natural and when they need to ask something innocently Gon saves the day 😅

i hope she understands that she is doing very very well in theory crafting and analyzing on the spot but the series is well written.... and we hxh fans had already had discussions multiple times
