Jamie: I think the Zerbini family's circus is a great example of being right-sized. The big ones have either fallen or downsized in the past five years. Keeping his circus within the family and reducing expenses to the extent possible--while maintaining high quality--is the key to survival in many similar circuses. Thanks for your interest.
