Slightly limited!? That's enormous even by Alpine standards. And it's not everyday you can ski across a border.

l agree. Maybe compared to some areas in France? But l did not see every slope during my week stay in Zermatt and l'm an experienced skier. What l enjoyed, no waiting in lines and comfortable chairlifts. But you cant ski right from your hotel/appartment like in France. Then again, the old town atmosphere makes up for that discomfort. :-) l wish l could have stayed longer and would love to go bach there if l could
