@@Gaussercito A movie wouldn't really be able to capture everything the games have. They'd have to condense it into a 2-hour window, or 2 and a half if we're being optimistic. An episodic series would be better to tell an Ace Combat story, or if they really wanted to do a movie, then maybe as a pilot for a series or a feature-length film with an original story that's unrelated to the games.

At that point of the war, I like to think he was no longer fighting for money. At that point, he was fighting for a noble cause. He was trying to save the world from V-2. Even if it was for a brief moment, he was a Mercenary that became a Knight of the skies.

When my friend and I were kids, we used to play this game together and talk about how we both wanted to be pilots. Years later, I would listen to this song on the drive to a small airfield for my first XC solo flight and remember. It hit hard then, but somehow you found a way to make it better. Beautifully done.

I grew up with all of the Ace Combat games. A close friend of my dads has the original Air Combat arcade game. I bought the soundtracks on ITunes. I have been listening to them since middle school. Keiki Kobayashi is a genius! This is an amazing version of "Zero!" As a musician, and a filmmaker myself I applaud you for making this master piece even greater. Hearing my favorite Ace Combat OST, it brings me tears both sad and Happy really. I can't say I'm a huge fan of this remix. You're adding/boosting a lot of instrumentation to build up a depth of sound, but in the process you're not letting the soloist (the guitar) stand out enough, which is I think integral to the way the song works.

I usually don't even bother with remixes or covers for Ace Combat games, and most especially with this song because the originals are absolute masterpieces and can't really be improved upon... however, this here is absolutely wonderful.
