Brother why you focused too much and pressed the candidate on "why he left his job at accenture without having any offer in hand" There are many people who did this and doing this. What's new in this ? Stop harassing peoples like in that way. Some have other reasons too to left the job it depends on them. I saw people who even left their education and right now in Google and Microsoft with 50-60 LPA. What are you doing in your life by staying in your current job ? What is your annual pay 5-6 LPA ?
