No bro. You have to learn at list 2 to 3 technology like power bi, SQL, Azure services, power platforms (power apps, power automatic). Current situation only PowerBI not possible.

Here is a problem when you use( total YTD with date ) then get all sub total including all years in a table 2 when you used second rule then you get current year total.

there is another approach also to resolve this by going to file -> options -> current file -> regional settings ->there u can choose acc to requirement .I know this is lengthy way of fixing the error.
