Already done years ago by the legend who is Ben Taylor and far better,along side hugget they produced a pcp that the machining was so good it didn’t even need a seal in the breech hugget is a master at machining metal his moderators are a thing of beauty

If you mount the hammer mechanism backwards (simply rotate it) and flip the brass hammer lock in Trigger mechanism, you would be able to hit a forward facing valve on a butt stock mounted HPA, if you don't want your HPA under the barrel like is typical, correct?

Try out to get a decent steal wire and then take the diameter of your wish, then spol it up... Maybee you need to heat treatment for it. Best regards from Sweden 🇸🇪

Hi, I think he made it out of stainless steel tubes, bronze/stainless steel bars, and a pair of common springs. For the tools (at least the ones that I can see) he used normal drills, a grinder and something we in Latin America call "Macho", which is used to make screw threads. You can purchase smooth barrel from aliexpress( .177cal).It don't have a rifling in it.Search term is hydraulic tube

To make a gun barrel you need a big & precise lathe machine, and it's very expensive, unless you use low quality China made lathe machine.
