I am Canadian passport holder, living and working in Switzerland. I would say move to Europe, only if you have highly valuable skills such as Engineering and IT. Also, profession where job can be done with only English. Because learning a new language takes time. I am working in IT and earning almost twice as much than Canada, better holidays, healthcare, public transportation. Luckly my job is in English because learning french or German will surly take few years.
