Man I really like your content and even heard the full audiobook on single "sitting" (despite being on the go and working). Just opened up a new world to me. Eager to get back to you with those achievements in the bag.

Hello Ryan, Thank you for writing that book and starting this series. Your way to simplify things to take any e-commerce business to $1 million is remarkable. I have couple of questions if you don’t mind answering. 1. How do you recommend an announcement of a brand should be? Is it normal post on fb or insta? Should I start a Facebook group? Or a video showing face doing an announcement? Please guide a way with and without recording a video and showing the face. 2. How do you gain confidence in launching the product and talking about it in the emails; when you know there is a similar if not same product currently sold in the market? Why would potential customers will be excited about the product and wait for the launch? Waiting for your response. Thanks 😊

Hi Ryan, really enjoying the videos so far and better understanding the method. I have a question around creating content if you do not have the product yet. So for example, I have an idea for an electrolyte product, but at this stage have zero actual product or sample or anything. What type of content do I start to share from say my IG account to start to build my audience/email list? For example, for my launch post do I just come on as myself and say “hey I’m nick, this is my product this is who it’s for. Follow me along my journey to bringing it to life!” And then just post regular updates about the process or general content relative to the audience and my product space? My issue is that I don’t have the money right now to actually create my product with the supplier so I would be looking to secure prelaunch sales and use that money to make the first order. Does that make sense?

Love this! I’m running a coaching company and have wanted to launch a physical product for years. This seems easy enough to implement alongside my coaching (I can send out separate emails) so I’d like to give it a go!
@RyanDanielMoranАй бұрын
I love to hear it. Truth is, you can't sell a coaching company, but you can launch a brand alongside it that is totally scalable and sellable. Highly recommended. Since you already have a following, it will actually edify your coaching and elevate your position in the marketplace.

@@RyanDanielMoran Ah! Thank you - my clients have already been using prototypes of my product for years and they love it! Really want to launch the physical product but have also been committed to seeing through one project at a time. Building interest seems like a low risk way to do both without compromising on the coaching.

Hey Ryan love what you’re doing for people! I’m building a supplement brand for young gym rats (18-23) that focus on training for aesthetics to get attraction from women and respect from men and get more out of their lives. I made an announcement video and got some of my friends to go to the vid and boost it for me. It got just over 1k views and I ran ads to it asking ppl to join the list but I didn’t get any opt ins. I’m thinking now to reuse the video again and run a profile visit campaign so I can get followers so I can actually have a connection with people before the ask. If that doesn’t work, I was going to run a leads campaign. What do you think I should do?
@muhammaddin1456Ай бұрын
1k views is low tbh, also when you asked people to opt in to your list what did you ask them? did you upsell them on something else or did you just ask them to join your list?
@OliverinacАй бұрын
@@muhammaddin1456 Sorry I just came back to this. I asked them to visit my landing page to opt in to the list. I’m the description of the video I said they would get 15% off the first two launches as well as a free pdf. However I’m doing things a bit differently now, wish me luck

Hey Ryan, in other videos on your channel you talk about getting people to see you and spend time with you in three places. I recall you using an analogy of a workmate who you go on a work function with then have a BBQ with, taking them from "colleague who nods greeting to you" to friend. You talk a lot here about using one social platform to reach an audience and email for growing a list of leads but what do you recommend for the third channel? Double up on reach, so another social platform, or on the lead list, as you do on KZbin and your podcast? Or does it depend on your circumstances? Thinking about this besides paid search advertising, which I know is a different channel used with different intent
@RyanDanielMoranАй бұрын
Great questions - we'll cover this more in part 6 of the series, but you want to have a place to get in front of people (Social media), a place to nurture those relationships (FB Group or some equivalent) and somewhere to sell (email) once you have those three, that creates a flywheel of positive momentum. LMK if that helps.
@BenMorelАй бұрын
Thanks, good to know it will be coming up. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. Do you recommend adding the third, nurturing, channel after launching a product and getting to 25 sales per day just because of the amount of time it takes to work across three channels or because you need the audience and sales list before you start creating an ambassador community?

Hey Ryan, im in the middle of this exact step. Im currently looking for manufacturers of our product. We will post the announcement for the creation of our business and the mission next week. However, I do not have a physical website yet.. Is just the lead capture page (cardd) good enough for the beginning?

Just paused the video at 24:50 to send a personal email to my one and only email subscriber! Now it's time to figure out the best strategy for creating content to attract more leads. The leads page is all set up, so I’m ready to roll. Thanks for the help Ryan-been looking forward to this video all week! One Question - When creating content, how would you get that in front of people? I understand using SEO to get your blog onto search result's but if using Facebook, Instagram etc how would you get that content Infront of people when you don't have any followers? (I don't have any personal social media so starting from scratch) By the way, if there’s anyone in the UK following along, feel free to reach out-maybe we could help each other out!

@RyanDanielMoran this series is so valuable and the book even more insightful. At what point in the process do I need to set up a website, and given that there's no viable product at the moment (even though from step 1, I have my 5 products lined up), what would and should be the content of the website.
