You mean the small MOUNTAIN kind of a thing, that forms in the center of a dot? If yes, it may not flatten and it need not flatten also. It gives amazing texture to the art. If i have not answered your question, please do drop a separate comment, so that i am notified and i can respond

Thank you. I don't use color pallette. I use containers. I close them when not in use. That's how I maintain the same consistency
