Thank you for this! I appreciate the explanations in your video, especially on the rotations, which are still confusing for me. I'm a new player to WoW and have zero starting knowledge. Noob question here, when is the best time for me to use lust as a mage? Still not sure if I use it on first big pull or last boss or something.

any weakaura in particular you recommend? I've made my own for nether precision and spymaster's web tracking, but need to find something for the rest

Well, weakauras in general only keep track of one buff/proc/etc. So, you'll have to get one for each of the items you want to track. Unfortunately I don't have any weakaura profiles just yet, am fairly new to this. However, there are some more established creators that can offer things I don't have at the moment. If you can, I would highly recommend checking out Naowh's weakaura bars; they're the ones I use!

How are you making a guide if you dont even clip missiles though?

This guide is for those that are new to the game, the class, or the spec. It is a ZERO to hero guide. Clipping missiles is a fantastic addition though! Good job! :)

You kind of got it wrong, no one plays high voltage, it was nerfed, and haste =vers = crit , mastery last...
