looking back at this video almost 2 years later and STILL it not being the OG OG Tarkov some may remember! The days where HK was the top of the line, decrowned by SA-58 which was decrowned by VAL which was decrowned by M4A1 which is now decrowned by UMP. The bagception, Blackrock and AVS having the same space (literally the same space) and being practicaly the begginer rigs, the PK-06 having that one pixel dot, the Shoreline being absolute ghost town, the things you could stack together, no Jaeger... the times where people went into the raid with mag case in their Gamma, the times where weight or weapon durability were not a thing... Good times indeed! But for the game's health all these things needed to go as much as some people may hate it to this day. BUT when the only gear you see is a FAST MT/Airframe with a faceshield, Blackrock/AVS, Attack2/Blackjack 50 and ofc, VAL... It can get really stale and boring to play at the later stage of a wipe. I always get ultra bored around level 50-55 where you get most of your quests done, all you gotta do is to either farm bosses over and over again or do huge amounts of PVP. Considering the bosses having not so high percentage to spawn pvp is what most people choose and fighting 5 PMCs in one raid and ALL of them having the same shit, is just hella boring at least for me ... some might enjoy that. What I'm trying to say is, that this game came a really LONG way and still ain't halfway there and the amount of changes making the game only stronger and I'm only happy for that! This game is truly like none other so I can only appretiate any kind of change that will force different playstyles or different takes on how you'll approach a situation! God I love this game

Be aggresive and utilize peeker's advantage, use grenades, learn how to flank and how to counter enemy flanks and most importantly go for the head. There are many things in tarkov you often don't notice good players do.

Be confident. If you’re envisioning the sound of your helmet getting blasted before you even fight, it probably will happen. If you miss your first burst it’s okay, just be ready to MOVE, JUST MOVE. I emphasize that because I often see less skilled players just keep trying to hold the same angle after they miss their initial burst. It’s okay to re-peek if there’s an opening (them healing/reloading/running at you like a bull). But, most of the time it’s best not to get tunnel visioned and move. Good players will expect their flank but, you’ll be surprised how many times you’ll kill someone looking at where you were when you first shot at them. Be efficient with your movement and stay calm. Try to analyze what you saw/heard and always count on them having teammates. Most importantly, try to learn from every death. This is what I’ve gathered from my 1.5k hours and am still learning with every death each time I play.
