Week 22 of my 7 month journey as I train from zero prior experience to complete an Ironman in order to raise awareness for T2KO and support those facing this tough battle.
Honestly, the hardest week I have had in the entire series. Despite the incident, was great to do a sweat test with Kona Nutrition and learn about my nutrition and fuelling more! Cannot thank everyone enough for the support throughout the week!
