I actually got the privilege to meet Nicole at the Yuma chargers. I decided to go to Gordon’s Well with the R1S and saw 3 Rivian’s coming out. It was not something I expected. I ended up chasing them to the Yuma chargers and one of them actually moved their truck for me so I could charge too. Very awesome people and a very awesome company!

Lilly is an amazing driver and I didn’t at all feel like I was gonna die when she was shredding the canyon in an R1T at unconscionable speeds. 😂

n the video you can see there is a semi that has DCFCs in the back - the trailer is basically a massive battery pack and those DCFCs - if you watch the earlier Rebelle video they did, they talk about it quite a bit.

Really enjoyed this, but I wish this one had gone as deep as the other Rebelle videos you have done. I would have been especially interested in understanding how the drivers went from basically zero off roading experience to being competitive.

I think unfortunately they use diesel generators for the rally. Although Rivian has talked about installing chargers in popular rock climbing locations and presumably they will extend that to rally locales as well.

The rally brings in a company that charges all EV'S. They haul in these giant solar arrays as well as use hydrogen to charge the cars and provide power for base camp. It's incredible. The company is called renewable innovations.

The video is cool in terms of what it is but its boring in terms of length.. Rivian needs to make more vehicles your pickups need to be able to compete with the Silverado EV (drop the headlights Americans want a good looking pickup) and you need to keep up with demand.. .. .. .. .. It can be done, Plan on it, Make it work, At the moment you're not. I'm not kidding if you do this you'll succeed

If you think this truck is less attractive than the Silverado EV... which is easily the ugliest truck Ive seen in years, I just dont know what to say. Also, what is this zero sum game nonsense? They can be working to improve their vehicles and their corporate culture AND expand their capacity. They are not mutually exclusive. And is any other EV truck manufacturer putting their vehicles through this much real world testing? And speaking of GM... CGI isnt real world testing.

I agree with Michael and Rivian given current sales and stock knows it as well, the quality of the product is excellent but even then you have to give the public what they want and you can see this in the Silverado EV and Ford Lightning...

Excited to get my rivan. Could have done without the “white space comment” glad these young adults had an amazing opportunity to challenge themselves. It has nothing to do with color or gender. It was they are incredible humans. You can reach more people by simply showing people you accomplishments instead of trying to make this a political commercial. Sadly I can’t show this to my two incredible girls because of pure politics infused propaganda.
