I normally don't comment but I just had a question, I recently started this game a few days ago and I've been stuck choosing a car, switching between accounts trying to find out which car to buy, and I always end up wasting my money. I've gone through like five of them and I still don't know which car to settle on. I've found myself being good with the Nissan Silvia S15 and Mazda RX-7 FD, which car is best for somebody like me just starting out? (Sorry if this comment seems rushed, I'm really tired.)

Try out using the RX7 FD, it's definitely not the fastest car in the game, but it's quite easy to drive, it'll teach you about RWD, and it has a decent amount of kits. Remember that the game doesn't have an actual goal, it's more of a sandbox with economy settings, explore around and dive more into the community, rather than sticking to the in-game part only. Hope it helps.

@@EJBL18 sadly the chassis update made the RX7 worse. by far the easiest "starting" car to go with is the meta sti. however, by using codes when starting out, you can buy the porsche 993 (even more meta than the sti) which is a very good grind car. neither of these have kits, but they will directly fund other project cars via using them to grind hope this helps :) edit: meant to ping a6ent mb ong

Nah, it's not the visual mods, they can't alter performance at all. Might be how I revbomb 1st gear (Keep the RPMs as high as possible for extended periods of time) before starting, try that out and see if it works.
