Aaah thank you so much for the inspiration! The microgreens was totally what I was looking for today. I just wondered how I could meal prep fresh greens so I don’t have to go to the grocery store every week. But growing them is a much better solution 💡💡💡

Don't backing soda and lemon juice cancel each other out? I heard pretty often that it's not wise to use them both together on wooden boards, maybe someone here knows more about it?

Mixing an acid and a base will negate/dampen the effects of both, yes. This applies to cleaning with baking soda/soap and vinegar solutions as well. Theoretically, you could still get some benefits if you let the baking soda sit for a while, or used a paste of soda and water to scrub first, then went in with the lemon over top just for the pleasant aroma. Coarse salt and lemon is another option if you want a mild abrasive without nullifying the acid.
