Let’s dig into this.. vacuum distillation removes alcohol by evaporation at around 80+ degrees Fahrenheit by doing so in a vacuum environment. (As opposed to 175•) Reverse osmosis does so by filtering it out and not with heat. Let me know if you want more info! Also check out spinning cone technology!
