Thank you! I have exactly this issue on my 430X (the mower loses the signal in one location about five yards from the base station but works further away), and all four sensors go to zero. When I turned the mower over I saw that one of the bungs had been pulled out, so it seems likely that grass or water has got into the area where the sensor is located. I’ve ordered the board, so fingers crossed it is back to its happy mowing self once I fit it! I really appreciate you taking the time to post this.

I push my mower. It works. Don't need yet another thing I have fix in my life! Your lawn is larger, but mine still takes about an hour to two hrs to knock out once a week. Besides, I think if I had a mower that expensive roaming the front yard it would walk off! I get it. Not messing with or paying for someone to mow my lawn would great. After this crazy heat I was about ready to sell the old honda, buy a M18 mower with a LED light on it so I could mow after dark!

I have 6 years old 430x and it has similar problems. Charging board shows green light, boundary wire is good. I just went to dealer to fix this issue because I didnt believe it would be this loop sensor. But hopefully it will solve tomorrow, it's only 60 euros part so could just try change it myself but yeah hopefully dealer solves this tomorrow.

Your robot mower could use a little AI infusion so it does not injure itself and develop a hole through its underside exposing its circuitry. Maybe Elon has a spare Starlink chip you can use to upgrade the robot mower.

Keep bug spray on the station. A spider shorted one of my 450xh's boards. It was wet in there and the spider touched across some circuits. It blew crazy webs then exploded.the board shorted. Keep insects out of the charging station! Also, your charging station is filthy. Blow it off and wd40 the charging metal that contacts the mower. lol
