Another calm and relaxing piano session. Music for studying or focusing, a soundtrack for mind work, for designing the world of today and tomorrow, a background when reflecting, coding, getting things done, in the evening when winding down for a healthy sleep, or just to relax and enjoy.

This time I share a peaceful and relaxing, but also hopeful and playful piano session with you. With so many tough challenges in our world right now, so much we could and sometimes should care about, I want to remind myself (and you?) to also look at the beauty life has to offer on most days for most of us. There will be happiness and pain next to each other on this planet for a long time to come. I want you and myself to be on the bright side of life for most of the time. I’m confident it is possible. Personally I was able to capture lots of positive energy last month, and hope this translates in the form of music with this new piano session I call ‘Zest for Life’.

Hi Frédérique. I feel you. It’s in our nature to be empathetic and emotional. Especially when it comes to friends and family. It allows us to enjoy life’s beauty, too. But it also allows us to be sad. Like you said: “…this is the way”. I personally try to not worry or sadden myself through mourning about a life’s end. The value of life is in the time lived. Preferably in the beautiful moments. We all get out time. Some very little, some more. To live their life well in their given time is not something I am to worry about, but the other person’s task. I wish you can be happy for your mom’s life, the life she had, and accompany her through this different, decaying part of life in a dignified way, but also in a way that keeps your spirit up high, also your strength and happiness, your health, your joy for every day of your life, now. 🫂☺️☀️

i feel like everything I try to do in life goes wrong .. I Feel really so at the end of my rope with myself, sometimes I am awake all night because I feel so hopeless about everything .. Somehow when I found this music I felt that at least I could actually cry, and feel what I was feeling ! that was a start .. something in your music brings me back to a place where even though things might feel just terrible, I can feel the flicker of reassurance behind all life's uncertainty...a place of rest, calm and comfort and a sense that no matter what happens, somehow it really IS ok .. even then when youve hit rock bottom, still even then .. you are ok . Truly a godsend , thankyou !!!

Hello Michael @relaxdaily. It’s really nice that you keep expanding your themed calm piano sessions but I truly hope that you haven’t given up on the 24/7 Calm Piano Stream. One of your crown jewel piano sessions ever known and loved on your channel. For the past several weeks I’ve been listening to a wonderful Calm Piano Session Stream (P1807) that sounds really really similar to the 24/7 piano stream and every time I hear it, I always wish that you can bring it back to KZbin. I truly hope and pray that’s the case because a lot of us including me will be very ecstatic that it’s back and fixed. It truly is the best. That stream was very special, Luke. From many perspectives. Thank you for reminding me to not forget to make it live again. Yes, there were a couple excerpts from my past piano sessions in there. It was mixture of released and unreleased piano tunes of mine. It wasn’t easy for me to keep it up online tech wise and at some point I just let it slip away. Can’t promise anything. Thank you for your kind feedback, Nataly! Wonderful to hear the music resonates. Hard to describe what goes on in my mind when playing such a session in a short comment. It can be a mix of many different states. Some more conscious some less so. I might have images in my mind at times, sometimes feelings, sometimes I let the music flow, sometimes I think of the settings it might be played at, who I play it for. I’m still developing my playing. Great having you here ☺️☀️

That’s wonderful news on your health, Shelley! Walking… it’s magic. Totally underestimated. Some say we have an individual threshold for the right amount of moving throughout the day and week. A friend recently told me that only when we move enough our bodies can sleep well. Which is basically elementary to recharge fully and stay alive in best physical and emotional state. Not sure if that’s true for everyone, but I feel it’s true for me, too. So, I’m with you on the walking and eating well thing.
