I agree. I'm digging the splash of red it adds. Thanks for the feedback.

If you have a broken plastic chain guard you definitely want to change it. Can get the chain caught up, piece of it can break lose and get caught in the front sprocket and lock up the bike etc..

Nice! This will match my foot pegs and levers. I remember checking out the 450 when I bought my bike and it had a metal chain guid on it, and I remember thinking to myself, I’m sure there is an upgrade... lol

Hey! Could you do a video on some of the specific tools and tool sizes one have would need just for the Rally? For example, if I was buying tools specifically to work on the Rally - what would I need for general tasks such as: taking plastics off, changing foot pegs, changing oil, replacing a light bulb, etc. Thanks!

Great idea! I've been wanting to make a list of all those things for myself anyway :)

Nice looking unit, but I have to admit if I broke one I'd probably just 3d print a duplicate of the original out of PETG.

Yeah, I’m sure they would do the job just fine.

Thanks! It’s good to see how some of the parts come apart and go together. The chain guide is something to keep an eye on. What kind of bike lift are you using? How do you like it? I’ve got to get one eventually.

It’s this one: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/parts/tusk-adjustable-lift-stand-p It’s rated for 300 lbs. A little under the weight of the Rally, but it’s worked great for me.
