Hi! It's true that they have a really beautiful bond but I have something to say about that baby voice misunderstanding...when children are actually babies, they need that higher pitch to divert their attention to the parent. Other than that the baby voice conveys love and safety. Of course one should lay it off when the child is old enough. If you are interested, I can share some really interesting studies about this.

@@EliIsDumb it does - studies have shown they truly do try to mimic us from the time they're babies. The way he speaks with her, and most importantly, the way he responds to her, absolutely has an impact on how she speaks and her thought process! They treat her like a tiny little human, who may need a little more help understanding or doesn't know as many words and it's pay off is massive. Too many parents underestimate their kids abilities to understand seemingly complicated concepts or hold conversations. This is exactly how you should speak to children. I love how more and more people are seeing what can happen when you encourage your children from a very young age ❤️

I love the way he treats her, with a lot of love and especially, a lot of closeness. He was originally doing his own thing, maybe a podcast? idr. and his toddler would sometimes mess up his audio. clearly she’s extremely cute so he just put a clip up one day and people lit up. I don’t even know what his podcast was about. And yes many people including myself have expressed a lot of concern that Saylor never becomes an influencer baby and his platform never becomes an influencer family channel. On his instagram he responded to us all on several small posts about how saylor will always have the power to decide if saylor will be in the next video or not. Even if she says yes but her energy and light aren’t there, he’s not pushing. That’s in my opinion how she comes across so cute and authentic. It actually is saylor making content because she wants to. And its the kind of content a 5yo would make. Let’s eat eggs. Let’s make slime. You’ll also see that he takes her on outings, but she’s not performing then. Because he took her to the zoo or the beach or whatever because she enjoys it, and then whatever small video or pic he can take at very cute moments is what he gets. She’s fully engaged with enjoying her day. No leading questions, no scripts for the day, no fake childhood totally filmed by her dad. Hopefully it stays that way.

I have a 5 year old genius of a daughter, and I feel the way my wife and I interacted with her from the beginning helped her mature so quickly. No baby talk, we spoke to her like she was an adult, she said her first words at 7 months, and was talking in complete sentences by the time she was 18 months. we showed her respect, and she showed us respect. The trick is to maintain control while giving them control of their life. Guide them, dont lead them.
