What I don't like about this game is how the road scrolls, it's so weird (just like how weird the lateral scrolling is in the PC Engine game "Gunhed"). But otherwise it's a decent arcade-style racer and I like that we can choose between 3 vehicle types.

It's so weird how many Mega Drive racing games have choppy scrolling, compared to the SNES. You'd expect the opposite considering the MD's faster CPU. I'm a huge fan of Chase HQ (wish the arcade game would be released on current gen systems), but this one has always felt a bit off to me.

Jeez! I'd expected much smoother scrolling from the megadrive. This sucked balls.
