Добрый день! как найти проблему по сигналу clk идет 1,78-0-1,78-0-1,78 .... понимаю что возможно обрыв, но все чипы определяются на всех остальных тестпоинтах нормально. На кварце есть генерация частоты. При старте осциллографом виже осциляцию и напряжение на clk 0.9-1 , но потом она пропадает и идет 1,78-0-1,78-0-1,78 ....

I have 8 L3+ hash boards not powering up, I use a volt tester to test voltage plug 12+ volts, plug connector 12 volts, first 3 capacitor 12 volts, next 2 capacitor No voltage, chips no voltage, so do I have bad capacitors??
