I don't seem to be getting readable voltage on the contacts for the chips. Only the first one, "CLK"... this is for multiple boards... also: I only seem to get voltage when I reverse the contacts... Red on the board, black on the heat sync. I don't understand why I would be having this problem... :( I even tested known, working boards, as a sanity check...and even those boards are behaving that same way.

Hi, thanks for the video! I just purchased a second hand S9 but the chain[7] said he as 0 asics in the kernel log. Also the miner work only at 66%. I get refunded 33% of the price by the seller cause it say by his side the S9 worked perfectly. But now I'm looking for a solution to make it work. I already flash with the latest firmware version, change cable plug multiple time, restart 15 times the miner but nothing append. It always say that in the Kernel: Chain[J7] has 0 asic. My board shows 0 asics found, powering off hashboard. Did all of the troubleshooting from Bitmains website, even switched to new firmware and still have issue. I believe there is something wrong with the board. Could this be just one bad chip that causes the whole board not to function? Is it possible there is another component on the board that is defective?

Hi I have a problem in repairing. I had t17 hashboard that it showed just 16 chip. In kernel log. After change asic 16 and 17. Fault goes to 29. After changing all of faults chips, every time showed me random number 9 after recheck 21 After some seconds 12 It show me 28 0 sign and 30 chips in status tab. After restart all of number that i mentioned it change. What is problem?

It shows that there are more than 2 bad ASIC chips. The faulty chip can be found by stubbing the chip to transmit the signal "CO" (you can stub it with tweezers, one end is inserted into the "CO" signal hole, and the other end is against the heat sink). Specific method: For example, after we cut chip No. 20, press the fixture test button, the computer displays "ASIC=20", indicating that chips No. 1-20 are good, indicating that the faulty chip appears between chips No. 21-30. Follow this method again to find the faulty chip.
