Why is this one faster than the car if they have the same motor?

Not sure what car you refer to. We do not make a car with the same motor. I question your knowledge of what motor and drive train we use. If you are comparing the NEV 4 wheel cars, they are limited by law to 25 mph as they are not certified vehicles. The trikes are motor scooters and have to pass the tests for on the road motorcycles. So they are allowed to go faster.

What about the closed trunk or box model are those still considered street legal and just mopeds or scooters?

All of the trikes are considered motorcycles or scooters in the Moped class.

can you drive it with just a moped license in Michigan? what kind of plates you need for it? how many miles you get on a single charge

Yes. Moped plate or sticker. Depends on the battery pack selected and model. Up to 100 miles

Does it has reverse and regeneration brake? And you can make it for 50-60miles/h speed?

All ZEV trikes have reverse and regeneration. It is now 47 max. A new design would be needed for faster.
