Does this smoker have an open flame lever to sear things like steaks?

No it does not, I would usually sear stuff on a small charcoal grill after smoking them.

​@@aliens_are-ghots Yeah if you are wanting one with a flame sear option it's gonna be a little pricier than the entry ZGrills. I don't think ZGrills even has a smoker with that option currently ha. I always just used some charcoal and seared anything I was smoking that needed it. Thanks for watching!
