FSMOne Bond Express never guarantee they will buy back. If they have no volume to buy back small amount, u have no other choice to see, Watch out this risk and invest accordingly

Yeah. Bond is invest-able but investor should watch out the risk and reward. Especially when investor wish to take Bond as Fixed Income replacement. Fixed Deposit even is low reward asset class but no one can deny the lower risk and much liquid asset it is. Balance and distribute the risk in different asset class. Mix and match is the way to go

美債分很多種，國債，公司債，買美債不是沒風險，公司會不會倒，簽約下去虧損八至九%還有指數會上下，滿期二，三十年才能領回實價，好處是比定存還高一點

所以可以换一种说法，债券就是另一种方式的存钱，这种存钱方式的好处是可以定期那到百分比的钱而且比存的要高，但不适合干开始出入社会的新鲜人，不过不知道可不可以一直买，如果可以的话就那一些余钱购买，作为一种存款，要是有不准确的地方，还希望主播可以给予一些建议。

Currently, bond yields are higher compared to FD, so it is also a good alternative. If other investment instruments (equities) is too risky and uncertainty, then can park money in bonds. No need to keep most money into EPF, why must wait until old age to use the money, by then might to rather old to enjoy the remaining life.

債券分很多種其中有國債，公司債，債券不是沒有風險，比如成交你就要承受8，9趴的跌幅，指數的上漲和下跌，除非契約到期就可以100%領回，那就要20年，30年後，還要公司不倒， 好處是每半年正常配息，利息比一般定存還高一點，

5% 这太夸张了。 至少目前历史上，平均通膨是在2-3% 现代金融学，各国政府也会以2% 为通胀目标。 虽然有时候会失控，但是也有低于平均值的时候，甚至通缩， 长期来说，就是要拿平均值做比较。

I guess Eastspring bonds in FSM are categorized under the Unit Trust - fixed income fund. Btw, I cannot find it in the Bonds category. Considering the current high interest rates, investing in a Unit Trust on Bonds or fixed income fund seems expensive bcos limited for further increase of interest rate.

Global Target Income Fund (UT) may have currency risks, and some countries globally with lowering their bond ratings. Btw the annual management fee have high impact the yield since the yield is already so low. Don't forget, selling UT got sales charges too. That's why I don't really like UT.

@@MrGarry818 看來你是對經濟學不是很了解，印錢和通膨並沒有直接的關係， 週期確實會遇到高通膨時代，但還有非常多的因素，歷史上也經歷了許多週期，但是平均值確實還是證實的。 而且在前十些年，美國還在印錢，卻因為通膨不達標而困擾，那這怎麼解釋？ 全球印錢最多的國家，比美國還誇張的日本，還在通縮的問題，那又要如何解釋？ MMT理論瞭解一下。 債券長期確實是跑贏通脹的標的，這是無可否認的，而且目前已經證實裡目前所有的利率都是實質利率，已經高過長期平均值。

很简单，因为mmf只是目前利息高罢了， 高利率不会维持久，如果明年央行下降利率，那么mmf的利息也会变低。 但是如果你现在买入假设 10yrs 的债券，不管接下来利率怎么变，你拿到的利息也不会变。

@@MrGarry818 国债我们叫作零风险利率，如果政府都能违约，那么你手上的马币放哪里都没用了。 如果真的怕，那么大可以赚到其他货币买其他国家的债券。 如果是公司债，当然有风险，但是就算公司清算，债权人还是第一优先级。
